Fees

My rate is comparable with that of other local psychologists. Sometimes I can provide services at a reduced rate.  Payment by cash or check is due at each session.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
• Cigna
• ComPsych

If you have coverage with a different insurance company that also reimburses you for psychotherapy, I can provide you with monthly statements/receipts at your request.  You should contact your insurance representative to inquire about mental health coverage, out-of-network providers, and reimbursement rates.

Cancellation

Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please notify me by phone at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel.
